Normal dose Vitamin B6; risky for some?
Vitamin B6 is well known for its ability to cause nerve damage at very high doses over time — typically 500mg to 1000 mg a day. Why anybody would want to take as much,unless by accident, is puzzling. “Normal” supplement doses maybe dangerous, too.
