Statin swan song?
2.5 trillion dollars and counting
Mainly industry sponsored research shows statins reduce heart disease. The pharmacologic reality is at odds with these findings. Statin are damaging to heart muscle.
The inside job
The best exercise is the exercise you’ll do. Strength or resistance training is key. Look into high intensity, super slow methods. High insulin levels are ubiquitous in Americans — driven by sugar, excess carbs, inactivity, physical and emotional stress and poor sleep.
